This week I sit down with my friend Issac Holeva as he takes me for a little cruise down the Allegheny and we chat about how the Pittsburgh scene has developed over the past decade. Issac is involved with A LOT. Faded Industry Entertainment, Premier Innovations Group & Pittsburgh Norml just to name a few and this is an awesome talk with an experienced business mind that has plenty of experience under his belt. Pittsburgh VegFest is the largest gathering of food & animal lovers in the city!

Wrapping up Sikes performances for the year, me and Mandy will be performing a set of all new material (sans live band) at VegFest! We'll be sharing the stage with a lot of good friends and eating lots of great vegan food. Depending on how things go they might have to roll my ass on and off that stage.

You can find out all you need to know about this glorious event HERE.

We'll be taking the remainder of the year off to focus on the next phase of Sikes and The New Violence. We have a new album to finish recording and a whole heck of a lot of stuff that comes along with that. I want to make this as awesome as I possibly can but it's going to take some time to do it. Especially with everything else going on like working on new material for THIS and THIS  and THIS as well as a couple new projects that I'm not even going to get into yet and THIS...

old hopes. old dreams. oldfears 2017.

If you've been around for a while you may or may not remember my time spent in oldfears. We played from 2010 - 2013. Then we stopped for a few years. Then, not too long ago we randomly got together and wrote a new song. Then recorded it. Then released it yesterday. It's called "Swing Back". I like it a lot.

Maybe more will come soon. Maybe it won't. I genuinely have no idea.

Okay. That's enough for now. There's a lot coming up. I'll tell you about it later. Bye bye.
